David Fisher

David Fisher is widely respected throughout the Southeast Texas legal community by attorneys on both sides of the bar. He joined Fisher Firm to help build a firm that serves as a light on a hill for those in need. As Chief Legal Officer, David oversees all litigation strategy and case efforts for the firm.

David and his wife, Sherlyn Fisher, have four children — Jefferson, Sarah, Jonathan, and Jacob — and seven grandchildren with an eighth on the way.

Before joining Fisher Firm, David was a senior partner at Orgain Bell & Tucker, LLP, a respected defense firm based in Beaumont.

David is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of lawyers in Texas.
